Prices for our Tuition fees are subject to change without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, package change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Refund Policy
A package/course once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
A package is defined as a onetime purchase of large number of teaching hours.
Once a package is purchased, it cannot be refunded. However, if you have unused “package hours” left in your account, the monetary value of the same could be used to purchase other services on the eClass education platform.
Package hours will expire after 3 months of date of purchase.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of West Bengal.
Privacy policy
Students and teachers are requested not to share contact information with each other. Any and all communications between the student and the teacher should happen through the platform either by using the text chat or email. Any request from the other party regarding the same should immediately be brought to our attention. eClass education reserves the right to suspend your account and surrender your balance incase of a violation to this policy.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.

We use Direct Bank Transfer/ Wallet/Razorpay for processing payments.
We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
